Clean code standards, mandatory unit testing, and Git workflow compliance. Zero tolerance for unauthorized sharing of source code, API keys, server credentials, or AI models.

📌 Automation Expert

CI/CD scripts, web automation routines, and bot pipelines must execute safely without disrupting production systems. Proper error logging, security sandboxing, and compliance required.

📌 Human Resource & Talent Acquisition

Strict confidentiality regarding employee compensation, resume archives, and performance appraisals. Unbiased recruitment protocols and background check validations mandated.

Positively represent Hosen Academy at digital and public events. Comply with official brand messaging rules and fulfill agreed monthly social media & community engagement deliverables.

Campus leads must coordinate student workshops ethically, represent software bootcamps & courses accurately, and maintain academic standing at their respective universities.

📌 Corporate Brand Ambassador

Executive B2B representation guidelines. Must uphold professional decorum during corporate summits, partner visits, and official sponsorship outreach.
