- Refunds are applicable for duplicate payments or
technical errors, which will be verified by our

- Refunds will not be granted simply because the course
did not meet personal expectations,
as we provide full course descriptions and previews before purchase.
- If any unauthorized use or sharing of our content
is detected, your refund request will be denied, and legal action may be
taken if necessary.

- Refunds made via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer
may take 5–7 business days to process.
- Once a refund is approved and issued, re-enrollment
in the same course may require special approval in the future.
- Refund decisions are final and made at the discretion of the Hosen Academy
